David's career has been spent in the construction and facilities management sectors.

Amongst David's many responsibilities for Colemere is overseeing the day-to-day functions which support the business's operations, and focusing on financial and commercial aspects, HR and business development.

David is a huge believer in dedication to quality, and expects no less from every single member of the company.

Paul Jarvis, Chartered Surveyor, BSc (Hons) MRICS

Paul is an experienced property consultant, who heads up Colemere's property services division.

He has extensive and varied experience in asset management, having previous been employed as director of UK asset management for a pan-european property company, and he specialises in multi-disciplinary property consultancy, ensuring that assets perform to business plan for clients.

Richard Jones, Operations & Electrical Services Manager, MIIE

Richard is responsible for the design, implementation, commissioning and testing of all our electrical installation works.

Day to day, he is the project manager for all electrical schemes, including the planning of all works, supervising staff, and scheduling and procurement of materials. Prior to joining Colemere, Richard was in charge of contract management for a reputable mechanical and electrical services provider.

Richard explained; "The challenge of gaining NICEIC accreditation and developing the electrical services element of the business has been a source of great personal satisfaction particularly knowing this makes a significant contribution to the growth and development of the business as a whole."
