How long have you been working with Colemere?
We have been working with them now for approximately 18 months. Colemere are the facilities management contractor on an industrial estate in the West Midlands which we asset manage on behalf of a Family Trust
What services do they provide for you?
Colemere provide a full range of service including landscaping, litter picking, utility readings and billing administration, vacant property inspections, maintenance and repair work and periodic refurbishment necessary.
What made you decide to choose Colemere?
Colemere were recommended to us by a business colleague.
How has our work measured up to those expectations, and how have you found working with us?
We have been impressed with how quickly they have built up their knowledge of the site and their understanding of the funds expectations. They also have a useful ability to suggest solutions for any issues arising during the time in which they have been involved. Works carried out have been delivered on time, and to a very good standard. They keep their eyes on the pennies as well as the pounds which is always useful.

What made you decide to choose Colemere?
Colemere presented themselves as a professional and trustworthy business and came highly recommended from one of our clients. I like the way they communicated internally and represented the culture of the business. They quickly understood the needs of our business and were able to respond in a timely and professional manner.
What were your experiences of an FM provider in the past, and what were your expectations of Colemere when you started working with us?
I have worked with FM providers in the past and my experience tells me that often they sell a good story but rarely are the requirements and constraints of our own business recognised and managed well. Expectations are rarely meet and requirements are stringently laid down with little flexibility.
How has our work measured up to those expectations, and how have you found working with us?
Colemere have so far responded very well to our needs and often excelled with staff taking responsibility for their own actions and professionalism. They have often shown a desire to take the strain out of out FM requirements, taking additional steps to conclude or manage a situation for us.
I have confidence in their ability to satisfy the requirements of the business in terms of response time and price whilst providing credible and professional advice and representing us well onsite. They are becoming a valuable partner within our business.
Would you recommend us to other companies looking for an FM provider?
